2007 Group Unemployment Insurance Award
The Unemployment Insurance Awards recognize an outstanding, innovative unemployment program or individual working in that program. The program features creativity, improved operational efficiency and improved customer service. The program can be in any area of UI including, but not limited to, claims, tax, benefits, audit, and quality control.
The 2007 Group Unemployment Insurance Award is awarded to UI Call Center that ranked extremely high in the US Department of Labors four UI Core Measures. In three out of the four measures, this unit ranked second in the nation, and in the fourth measure the center ranked eighth in the nation. That is professional excellence! The 2007 Group Unemployment Insurance Award winner is Unemployment Insurance Call Center, South Dakota Department of Labor.
