2007 Individual Citation Award
The prestigious Citation Award is one of the highest honors IAWP awards each year to both an individual and group nomination. The Citation Award recognizes individuals and groups who have made outstanding contributions to IAWP or to Workforce Development programs.
The Individual Citation Award winner for 2007 comes from the personnel industry. In her professional excellence she has served as the President of the South Carolina Association of Personnel & Staffing and on the Executive Committee for the Trident Workforce Investment Board.
She holds two certification designations - Certified Staffing Specialist and Certified Staffing Professional. She is active in her community, where she has worked as a literacy coordinator for five years. Today she works as an advocate for legislation to advance the personnel industry and her employees in the field of employment services.
The 2007 Individual Citation Award is presented to the Director of Alternative Staffing, Inc. in South Carolina. Please join me as we celebrate the professional excellence of Jan Cappellini.
