IAWP is represented in Washington, DC by our Legislative Liaison Lee Foley. Mr. Foley a partner with the firm of Foley, Maldonado, and O'Toole is one the the most respected legislative experts on the matters relating to the workforce system and education. Mr. Foley annually addresses the membership at our annual educational conference, writes articles for the Workforce Professional, speaks to various chapter and district meetings, and keeps the board of directors and the legislative steering committee informed of legislative actions on capitol hill that are important to the workforce system.
