2007 Lifetime Achievement Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes outstanding, long-term commitment to the association's objectives. The recipients of this award are members who have demonstrated a desire to advance IAWP's objective, who have demonstrated leadership commitment, and who have years of service.

The 2007 Lifetime Achievements Award winner has been a member of IAWP since 1946; attended his first International Educational Conference held in Long Beach, California in 1950; served as District 15 Director for three terms between 1974 and 1977; served as Parliamentarian and Chair of the former Constitution and Bylaws Committee of the International Board of Directors.   In California has been named "Mr. IAWP". Nominator Verletta Moeller listed numerous contributions and accomplishments, but one of her statements seemed to summarize the reason for this award. She stated, "...What is most important is his willingness over the decades to share his knowledge, time, and energy to help the association at all levels to serve the membership of the California Chapter."  The 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award winner is Arnold Hamilton, California Chapter.
