2007 Retiree of the Year

The Retiree Award recognizes continued outstanding commitment to IAWP's objectives following retirement. The Retiree Award also recognizes chapter activities in this area.

The 2007 Retiree Award winner remains active in both his chapter and on the international level. We have seen this year his capabilities and determination to keep the "I" in IAWP. This is his 17^th International Educational Conference and he has been a member for over two decades. Nominator Liz Ruiz stated in the nomination's statement of accomplishment, "he continues to be the rock on which we lean." The 2007 Retiree Award is awarded to David Washburn, 2007-08 International Development Chair, from the Idaho Chapter.
