International President Rich Vincent

Rich Vincent is the Executive Director for North Eastern Work and Technical Education Center that provides work and technical skills training in northeastern South Dakota. Vincent previously held positions as Unemployment Insurance (UI) Call Center Manager, UI Program Specialist, Job Service Manager and Job Service Representative with the South Dakota Department of Labor (SDDOL). Prior to working for the SDDOL he was a retail manager with K-Mart and Shopko Inc.
Vincent has a true desire be enthusiastic towards efforts he becomes involved with and is committed to give what he can. He believes in the mission of IAWP to be a leader in the area of workforce development. On a state level he has served as the South Dakota Chapter President, Membership Chair, and Chapter Development Chair. He was the International Chapter Development Chair for 2007-2008.
Vincent is also a member and served on the South Dakota State Employees Organization that deals with state employee concerns. He was elected to two terms on the SD Governors Personnel Management Advisory Board that served as a mediatory board with the Governor's office and state employees. He has also been appointed to serve in 2004 and 2008 to serve on the Governors Child Support Task Force that deals with child support concerns that reports findings to the Governor.
